DescriptionThe sermon notes are only written on the recto sides of the folios. The following note is written in reverse on the verso sides of the folios, from ff. 73v to 76v: ‘Dr Grew one the: 15 of Luke 11:12:13 vercess these 2 sarmons should haue been written the other way of this book being the 2 first one this subject’. A subsequent note is found on f. 73v: ‘I write noe furder of this sormon because it is in the Dockters book of the meditation of the prodigall son’.
