Other NoteLowry was Scottish, and sequestered into Great Braxted. He was an independent preacher known in Essex, and particularly Maldon. He spent some time as minister of Market Harborough from 1646-59, although he was appointed to Maldon for half a year in 1651. In 1661 there are records of him being at Coggeshall, as his sons were baptized there in May 1661 and 1662. He took out a licence to preach at Coggeshall in 1672 and was buried there at April 2 1681.
