Other NoteHenry Yelverton was born in 1664 (exact date unknown). He was the son of Sir Henry Yelverton, 2nd Baronet, of Easton Mauduit, Northamptonshire. In 1679, he inherited the title of 15th Baron Grey of Ruthin. On 25 June 1680, he matriculated at Christ Church, Oxford; however, he did not take a degree. On 21 April 1690, he was created 1st Viscount de Longueville. He died on 24 March 1704. In his lifetime, Yelverton inherited many books from his father and grandfather; a catalogue of his library, made in 1694, is in BL, Hargrave MS 107.
