Other NoteRichard Minshall was born in St Clement Danes, London. He matriculated at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge in 1616, graduated B.A. in 1619/20, and proceeded M.A. in 1623, B.D. in 1630, and D.D. in 1644. He was Master of the college from 1643-86 and Vice-Chancellor from 1652-3. He was ordained deacon in London in 1623, at the age of 23 and priest in 1627. He died on 30 December 1686.
