'Mr Snape' is most likely to be Edmund Snape (c. 1565-1608). 'The wordes which Mr Snape spake' has not been catalogued on this database as there is no particular mention of any specific sermon or sermons preached. Finally, there is also part of a catechism, written in secretary hand, entitled 'What is God?'
Material FeaturesThe bundle of sermon drafts is unbound. There is a Ramist diagram (one loose leaf) amongst the drafts and fragments, outlining 'The workes of god'. Different hands have contributed to the drafts, and some of the fragments are in poor condition.
