Contents NoteThe author of these sermons is probably Reverend Bernard Mould. Volume 2 has on the flyleaf the inscription 'Bernard Mould' in handwriting which matches that of the sermons. 2 Volumes.
Material FeaturesManuscript bound and ruled in red ink on four sides, with double read lines between text and sermon proper. Very neat, clear handwriting. The volume was bound up August 1, 1713 (f. 1r).

ProvenanceIn his will, Bernard Mould left a 'case of manuscript sermons' to a relative Thomas Blencowe for the use of any of his sons should they enter holy orders (information from a member of the VCH Essex volunteer team June 2010).
