Index of subject matter at the beginning; index of texts at the end. Comments by Mr. Hearne and Mr Sinews on f. 64v. The material on ff. 56v-57r does not seem to fit with any of the sermon notes.

Other NotePencil marks throughout by a careful reader. In a white parchment with gilt arms, ruling, and spinal decoration. In magnificent shape and flexibly bound and sewn. The book also includes sayings and quotations by named people, Dr. Some, Mr. Swale, etc. Sancroft died in 1637 and his death is taken as the end date for the manuscript's main contents.
