Other NoteThe default position of entries for this manuscript is to locate them in Newfoundland because the only dated sermons in this manuscript are from the years 1705-1706, and in each case the location is given as St. John's, Newfoundland where Rice lived until at least 1712. It is also possible, however, that the sermons in the manuscript date from after his return to England.
