Contents NoteA sermon on Psalms 144:15 preached at St Mary's, Oxford. A seventeenth-century note on p. 1 reads, "Second sermon before the university [of Oxford] March 31. 1650." Also includes a list of rents due from 1698 (pp. 185-186).

Other NoteA note from the owner of the manuscript in 1894 claims that the sermon was preached by the Archbishop of Canterbury on Easter Sunday in Oxford (written in 1894), but the given date was not Easter Sunday, and there was no Archbishop of Canterbury in 1650.
