Contents NoteCommonplace book from c. 1660 and later in the seventeenth century. Contains heads of a sermon on John 18:36 (f. 26r), notes from sermons by Bishop Jeremy Taylor (ff. 36v-38v, 41-42r), an excerpt from Bishop Edward Stillingfleet's sermon preached before Parliament (ff. 43r-47v), and part of a sermon by Dr. Cotton on John 5:14 (ff. 49r-53v). The volume also contains accounts of the lives of Mohammad and Almanzor (ff. 29-35).
Material FeaturesPaper, quarto, 65 leaves. Badly damaged. A note on the outside of the parchment cover reads, "Annotata quredam ex Augustino aliisque Patribus."
