Contents NoteFive eighteenth-century sermons written in various hands. Rawlinson identified the volume as "Sermons by Mr. Axton, &c." Two of these are dated c. 1700 by the cataloguer. Of the other three, which fall outside the GEMMS date range, one was preached at Great Haseley, Oxfordshire on 15 April 1722 (possibly by John Robinson, the rector of Great Haseley); another was preached by Rev. Ford on 14 January 1739; and the last is written in the same hand as Ford's sermon, but no preacher is identified.
