Contents NoteThis volume contains fair copies of twenty-two sermons by George Hooper. According to the LPL database, they were transcribed from Hooper's original manuscript by his daughter Abigail Prowse (see MS 3016). There is an index of Bible texts after the last sermon. Clerical subscriptions of various preachers are recorded at the back of the volume, dated 1704-1706 (ff. 178-180).
Material Featuresi + 185 leaves. Original vellum binding. The sermons are neatly written. The first two sermons are written on the rectos only. There is some underlining, but no marginal annotations.
