Other NoteFor 14 sermons, no preacher is identified. These are presumably the ones by Henry. The modern hand is that of Sir John Richardson Williams, the biographer and a descendent of Matthew Henry. He notes, "Danford Hall is yet standing. It lays on the right hand side of the road leading from Wem [?] To Whitchurch. It is about 2 miles from Whitchurch. Both the Mr. Henry’s were used to preach there frequently."
