Contents NoteSermon notes by Robert Pleasaunce. Written on the flyleaf is: "Robt. Pleasunce [sic] 1659" and "Ex Libris Isaaci Worthington". The sermon notes are dated 1658-1670. Someone has also written: “Among the Rectors of Boldon the above Robt. Pleasunce ranks as an Intruder in Hutchinson’s Hist. of Durham." The word “Intruder” is written in a space left for it, in red ink.
Material FeaturesThe notes are extremely tiny. The pages are ruled on the left in very dark black ink.
