Contents NoteContains copies of 24 sermons, all by Mr Hugh Ramsden, and other prayers and notes on religious subjects, including a description of "The Travels of Peter" (f. 3r-v), a dialogue entitled "How may a man know that he takes heede not to fall into this damnable fire of apostasie" (f. 55r-v), and a prayer (ff.1v-2v [written in reverse]) Ff.116-128 and 3-8 (written in reverse) are blank. On the title leaf is inscribed "Thomas Wilson His verus possos huibs libris 1660" several times.
Material FeaturesBound in leather, with the front cover missing. Unpaginated and unfoliated. Written in both directions in a clear hand, potentially by two different scribes.
