B.A. (1583), M.A.(1586) from Queen's College, and fellow there beginning in 1586. He became B.D. in 1594 and D.D. in 1600. Provost of Queen's College, 1594. Vice-chancellor of Oxford in 1606. Prebendary of Canterbury beginning in 1609. Rector of Charlton-on-Otmoor, Oxfordshire, beginning in 1606, and of Bletchington, Oxfordshire, beginning in 1615.
