Other NoteBorn ca. 1549-1552. Studied in an unidentified college of Oxford University beginning ca. 1566-1568. Moved to the newly-founded Jesus College in 1571, possibly becoming its first graduate (B.A. 1573, M.A. 1576). Fellow All Souls College in 1573. Vicar of Ruabon, Denbighshire, from 1570 and rector of Llanfyllin, Montgomeryshire, from 1571 to 1579. Vicar of Meifod, Montgomeryshire, from 1579. Prebendary of St Asaph Cathedral. He received the degrees of B.D. (1582/3) and D.D. (1583). Chaplain to Sir Henry Sidney at Ludlow Castle, ca. 1584-1586. Died in early 1598.
