Other NoteWilkinson who was curate of Illingworth. CCEd and ACAD (Venn) provide conflicting information about him. CCEd states that he received a B.A. from King's College, Cambridge, was ordained in 1665, and was curate of Illingworth Chapel in Halifax beginning in 1666. According to ACAD (Venn), he was admitted to Christ's College, Cambridge in 1660 at age 18, receiving his B.A. in 1663; was ordained in 1665; and was curate of Illingworth, Yorkshire from 1668 until his death in 1714. ACAD (Venn) lists another Edward Wilkinson who received a B.A. from King's College in 1638/9.
