Other NoteMatriculated from Clare College, Cambridge in 1650. Earned a B.A. (1653) and M.A. (1657). Vicar at Great Ellingham, Norfolk from 1662 until his death in 1674/5. CCEd indicates that he was also rector at Eccles, Lancashire from 12 March 1639 to 17 September 1661, but these dates suggest he has been confused with another preacher by the same name. SI indicates that he became vicar at Great Ellingham in 1655/6 rather than 1661.
