Other NoteSon of Dr Thomas Soame(s), canon of St Paul's. Born c. 1629/30 in Staines, Middlesex. Attended Eton. Admitted to King's College, Cambridge in 1646 at age sixteen. Awarded BA 1650/1, MA 1654. Fellow of King's College, 1649-1658. Died sometime in 1658 of smallpox in Lincolnshire.
