Other NoteThe exact birth date of John Galpine is unknown. He matriculated at Exeter College, Oxford on 25 July 1655. He subsequently graduated B.A. from New Inn Hall on 12 October 1658; following which, he served the cure of Ash Priors, Somerset. In 1662, Galpine was ejected for nonconformity. He died at Totnes in September 1698.
