He was appointed vicar of St Margaret's, New Fish Street Hill and lecturer at St Dunstan-in-the-West by Parliament in March 1643. Two funeral sermons by Froysell were published in the 1650s; namely, The Gale of Opportunity (London, 1652) and Yadidyah, Or, The Beloved Disciple (London, 1658). In 1662, he was ejected from Clun, Shropshire, a parish which he had held since 27 September 1637. Froysell's will was drawn up on 20 May 1673; however, his exact date of death is unknown.
