Other NoteBorn 11 April 1661, to John Whitlock, then vicar of St Mary, Nottingham. His father was subsequently ejected for nonconformity in 1662. Eventually he established a meeting house at High Pavement, Nottingham. John Whitlock Jr first assisted his father there, 1703-1708. Thereafter, senior pastor there until his death on 17 March 1723.
