Other NoteAdmitted to Christ's at the age of 18 in Feb 1652/3. He was born in Newcastle, the son of another George Ogle, and schooled in Morpeth. He gained his BA in 1656/7 and MA in 1660. In 1664 he was given a license to marry Catherine Rochester. He was vicar of Kirk Newton from 1669 - 1681 and curate and schoolmaster at Wolsingham from 1695.
