Other NoteBenjamin Long, son of Henry Long of London, matriculated from Trinity College, Oxford in 1677 and graduated B.A. in 1681. He was made rector of Scremby in 1683, vicar of Horley in 1690, and vicar of Clavering with Langley in 1701. He was licensed to marry Elizabeth Yarwood of St. Martin-in-the-Fields in 1683. He died a "natural death" on March 15, 1737.
