Although the preaching is the same, Hunt’s edition is based on a manuscript of Howe’s sermons housed at Dr. Williams's Library, London.

However, the opening line "And now it is the particular use of the whole which we are next to come to" is where Lecture 14 begins in print edition and other MS.
