Description"P. Hall[?]" is written in the upper-left margin; there appears to be an additional letter/letters following "Hall" that might be "er", "es", "en", or simply a scribble after the final "l". This could be be interpreted as "preached by Hall[?]", although usually the surname is preceded by "Mr."; there are no clerics with the surname "Haller" found in GEMMS's biographical sources, although there are several Halles/Halls. The "P" might also serve as an abbreviation for one of the halls at Cambridge, assuming that the mark that follows the "l" in "Hall" are not letters, but a flourish.
