DescriptionThis funeral sermon is for a young woman, almost certainly Sir Edward Rodney's daughter Frances. At f. 85 there is an elegy by Sir Edward on the death of his daughter, and on f. 90v there is an epitaph for her. Both are dated 1637. Handwriting varies within the sermon, suggesting either that it was written at various times or by several different people.
