DescriptionThis is a very long sermon, with additional notes in Greek and Latin. At the beginning of the sermon, Matthews heralds the opening of the Easter season. He advises his congregation to exercise 'a greater Degree of Sobriety & Temperance at this Season; & to be more careful to abstain from all manner of Sin & Immoralily [sic]' (second page of the sermon).
