Other NoteAccording to The National Archives Catalogue, these sermon notes were composed in the late sixteenth century. Written in a standard, sixteenth-century secretary hand. The present cataloguer is not convinced that these notes are written in the same hand as TNA E 163/22/4/3, as stated in The National Archives Catalogue. Biblical texts cited include Matthew 22 and 1 Corinthians 3:6. There is some use of Latin and some reference to anti-Catholicism, with mention of papists.
