DescriptionThe sermon is labelled with a number of dates and places: “Matchin” (dated 24 December 1693, labelled “Sacrament sermon”); “Sacomb” (dated 23 October 1693, but then crossed out); “Hadley & Barnetts” (dated March 1714). Presumably, the sermon was preached at Sacombe and then Matching in 1693 and then reused in Hadley and Barnet. The sermon has also been labelled “not preached yet,” but this has been secondarily crossed out.
