Being the day of thanksgiving; for the signal successes vouchsafed to Her Majesties forces by sea and land: under the command of the Earl of Marlborough in the low-countries; and James Duke of Ormond General, and Sir George Rook admiral, at Vigo. As also to those of her allies, engaged in the present war against France and Spain. And likewise, for the recovery of His Royal Highness the Prince of Denmark. DescriptionA transcription of a printed sermon. It is virtually identical to the printed text, including the biblical texts noted in margins. Caesar added some marginal notes to the text, changed a few words and divided some paragraphs. He identified some unnamed men in the marginal notes.
