DescriptionWritten in a very clear and neat hand. The manuscript has been designed to look like a printed book, with a title page, ruled margins, and illuminated drop caps at the beginning of each sermon. The preface states that these sermons were preached "in or near the City of London" and all given within seven months of each other, with this first one preached on the 8th September 1672.
