Other NoteOn f.94r, after this sermon ends but before the next sermon begins, the following note is written in the same preacher's hand: "Dr. Lingards sermon on ii Chron.29.30. preached before the king, and printed for Mr. John Crook in Duck. lane 1668." This note likely refers to Richard Lingard's sermon at Whitehall on July 26, 1668 (published as "A sermon preached before the King at White-Hall, July 26, 1668, in defence of the liturgy of our church by Richard Lingard"). However, this is not the sermon that actually follows the present sermon in the volume, so it is unclear as to why this note is placed here.
