DescriptionThis sermon is found in the part of the manuscript entitled "16. Sermons more, preached by Mr. Francis Sourton in ye Schoolhouse on Honiton. on y Sabboth dayes." Northcote has a note preceding this section that says: "That publique meetings, being here, & everywhere about us, disturbed by informers, And others ye publique preaching ceased with ye finishing only of these 16. Sermons." On p. 296, Northcote has written: "This was ye last Sermon Mr. Sourton preached by vertue of ye kings indulgence." Last sermon in the series on this text (including verses 19-20).
