DescriptionThe sermon pertains to the middle clause of Isaiah 55:3. Folio 279r mentions: ‘In 2 at Deptford in Kent on Jer: 22:29. 1 the 12th May. 1728. 1 the 19th. 1728.’ But then see folio 284v (as standard) ‘in 4 at Battersey in Surrey. 2 on the 25th of 10ber. & 2 on the 1st of January. 1698. It: 2 at Deptford. Kent the 28th of March. 1708. It: again in 3. 2 the 23rd. 1 the 30th of 9ber. 1718’.
