DescriptionFragment of a sermon preached on the death of Thomas Cholmondeley. Thomas Cholmondeley died on January 1, 1667/8 and it is likely this sermon on his death (of which this is a fragment) was preached within the month. His actual funeral sermon was apparently preached by his chaplain Mr. Kent but he was also commemorated by Tannant.
