DescriptionA sermon fragment, incomplete at the beginning and end. The sermon was preached by Denis Granville, dean of Durham in a cathedral church. The occasion was the anniversary of the accession of James II in 1685. The fragment is written in two hands, one of which is Granville himself (ff. 28v-29r). Two other leaves from this sermon are found in MS. 851, ff. 196-197.
