Contents NoteThis manuscript contains a single sermon preached at Theobalds by Dr. John Rawlinson on 20 December 1619. Peter E. McCullough has attributed this sermon to Francis Rollenson (c. 1565-1630) in his accompanying diskette to Sermons at Court: Politics and religion in Elizabethan and Jacobean preaching (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1998) (see link below to 'Online resource'). However, the present cataloguer disagrees with this attribution, as Rollenson held a B.D. as opposed to D.D.
