Other NoteDate of birth unknown, but he was baptized on 20 August 1598. B.A. (1620), M.A. (1623) from Christ Church, Oxford. Case was a curate at Northrepps, Norfolk beginning in 1626. He was made rector of Erpingham, Norfolk in 1629; of Stockport, Chesire in 1645; of St Mary Magdalene, Milk Street, London shortly thereafter; and of St Giles in the Fields, London in 1654. He was ejected as a nonconformist in 1662 but continued to preach, and received a license to preach as a Presbyterian in 1672, whereafter he preached in Holborn, London. He was the last surviving dissenter who was a member of the Westminster Assembly.
