Other NoteWritten in a neat, cursive round hand. There are some minor additions and deletions in a later hand, most likely by Francis Swan (1677-1740), the son of Aldrich. Citations include 'Dr [Jeremy] Taylor' (see p. 17). It appears that this sermon was abridged when preached on later occasions, as there are strikethroughs on several pages. It is not known whether this sermon was preached on the sacrament day in all of the years indicated.
