Other NoteLawrence graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge (BA 1648; MA 1654). In 1648 he became vicar at Baschurch, Shropshire but was ejected in 1662. After 1666 he ministered, with other ejected ministers including Philip Henry, to a congregation in Whitchurch. Following an arrest in 1670, he relocated to London, where he preached at Spitalfields and later from his home in Moorfields.
