Material FeaturesQuarto notebook with vellum cover. A note on the cover reads: "The Fifth Book: This book contains 26: sighns [sic] of the grace of God in truth. These 3 Books are to go together: because what is wanting in one the other supplies." The text is neatly and legibly written.
