Contents NoteSmall notebook containing notes for sermons preached at Bexley, Kent, and other locations. Preceded by several prayers at the beginning of the volume. Sermons preached only after 1715 have not been included here. Along with John Powell's name, "John Davenant" and "Sermons for Good Friday" are written in the another hand at the front flyleaf. Davenant seems to be the writer of the sermons on the numbered pages, and the rest may have been preached by Powell. Sermons proceed from both the front and back from the volume. Proceeding from the back, an index, apparently written by Davenant, follows p. 26.
Material FeaturesPaper, 120 x 175 mm. The spine is failing, so the volume is practically unbound. The volume is unfoliated, but some leaves are paginated.
