Contents NoteFull BL catalogue title: 'JOURNALS of proceedings in the House of Commons, and of public events in England, from 19 Sept. 1642 to 10 Dec. 1645; kept by Walter Yonge, of Colyton, co. Devon, Barrister at Law, and member for Honiton in the Long Parliament.' The entries are partly in cipher, but a key and an index prefixes each volume. Most of the contents are political in nature, but Volume I contains a sermon preached by Mr Newcomen in 1642.
