Randall has conjectured that the sermon was 'especially copied to be bound in what was perhaps a gift volume for Charles II'. See Randall, p. 141 n. 5.
Material FeaturesOctavo. The binding is stamped with the Royal crown, the initials 'CR', and a Death's head on the front and the back of the volume.
