Contents NoteVolume contains a series of sermons preached in Reading on Revelation 3:20 (latter part of the verse) in 1688. The sermons are not dated and there is no indication of who wrote out the sermons, although it does not seem to have been the preacher himself. These sermons are followed by a funeral sermon (1719) and a sermon on universal redemption (1720) both by George Burnet (or Burnett). These seem to be written in the same hand as the earlier sermons.
Material FeaturesNotebook with a paper cover. The hand is large and legible. There is original foliation to f. 20, which begins again at "1" on the sixth sermon but is not continued to the end of the sermon. Otherwise the volume is not foliated or paginated.
