Contents NoteContains a single funeral sermon preached at Stepney by Mr Matthew Mead in 1695 at the funeral of a Mrs. Miller. The sermon is preceded by "An Ode upon the Subject" signed "Fa. Smith."
Material FeaturesThe sermon is beautifully written with the margins ruled in red and a title page using red and black inks. The manuscript is in a leather binding with gold tooling (deteriorated). This appears to be a presentation copy of the sermon.
