Contents NoteThe sermons are mostly undated. Dates seem to be when the sermons were written out, rather than preaching dates. Lengths of some of the later sermons suggest they were series rather than individual sermons, but there are no apparent breaks. Pp. 34-88 are blank, probably left for the completion of the previous sermon and perhaps others. Pp. 163-172 and pp. 389-400 are also blank. The sermons on Romans 8:8 were given as a series of 8 sermons in Leith in August 1692, and as series of 9 sermons between December and February 1719.
Material FeaturesA folio leather-bound volume of 400 pages. Detached flyleaf gives an index of the sermon texts. Sermons are beautifully written out. Original pagination. Occasional very brief notations and tick marks in the margins.
