Other NoteFrancis Whyte is the owner of TCD MS 2637, a commonplace book that contains sermons in another hand. He is perhaps the Francis White (c. 1617-1692) listed in ACAD (Venn). White matriculated from Jesus College, Cambridge in 1635. He was perhaps admitted to Gray's Inn in 1638, and was perhaps recorder of Leeds (1660-1692) and Pontefract, both in Yorkshire.
